Made from strong carbon alloy steel and zinc-plated gold chromate for corrosion resistance, Ancra’s grade 70 XHD 3/8-in. x 20-ft. chain assembly is designed specifically to provide a strong chain for tie-downs. Heat-treated and 100% proof-tested to twice its original working load limit at 6,600 lbs., the chain assembly’s high-quality build makes for a long-lasting product. Oversized grade 80 hooks are similarly made of heat-treated alloy steel and provide more strength and material in the neck of the hook to reduce cracking due to trapped side pulls. The grade 70 XHD 3/8-in. x 20-ft. chain assembly with grade 80 clevis hooks is made to NACM standards per specifications of the Department of Transportation & CCMTA for tie-down use with properly marked links and aluminum tags with stamped WLL information.
